www.ready2print.gr is the eshop for the remanufactured and compatible printing supplies of the company  E. PAPAKONSTANTINOU and T. KYRIAKOYLIS OE with discreet title “CONTECH IT Solutions”, that resides in 7-9 A Str. Attiki, New Philadelphia, Postal Code 14342.

CONTECH IT Solutions maintains the right to modify unilaterally or renew the present terms and the conditions of transactions, that become via its electronic shop, according to its needs and the commercial morals.

3. Safety

CONTECH IT SOLUTIONS uses protocol with SSL-128bit encryption in the web pages of transactions and registration of personal data. The transactions via credit card are protected by Eurobank transactions system (Verisign Secured).

4. Methods of Payment

• Cash On Delivery. The customer pays the total cost of order to the courier that delivers the products.

5. Delivery Costs

All orders with total value of more than € 85 (including VAT)  are free off delivery charges for Greece. Orders with value of less than € 85 have the following delivery costs:

• Delivery cost for Attica and Salonica is € 3.
• Delivery cost for  the rest of Greece is € 8.

All orders are delivered to the customers' place. Customers can not pick up their orders from our company's headquarters or store.

6. Delivery time

Delivery time is 24 hours for orders placed until 13:00 pm destination to Attica and Salonica. Delivery time for orders with destination to the rest of Greece is 2 -3 days.

All orders are delivered to the customers' place from Monday to Friday (holidays are excluded) 09:00am - 17:00pm . Customers can not pick up their orders from our company's headquarters or store

Delivery time for the following areas, which are located outside Attica ring, is 48 hours.

7. Cancellation of Order

Cancellation of order is possible in the following cases:
The order has not been invoiced and sent to the customer. Only pending orders can be canceled. The status of your order appears in your account information. In case of cancellation of an order you should call at 210 600 99 51. If the order is in situation It was then sent it cannot become cancellation.

8. Not receipt of Order

In case that an order is not delivered because of absence of recipient then you will be debited with the delivery charges. You should then place a new order to receive your products.

9. Defective products

If you receive a defective product you should communicate with us at 2106009951. You will have to send us the defective product in our offices 7-9 Building A New Philadelphia. We will check the product and if we confirm that is a defective product, we will replace free of charge the particular product according to availability.

10. Order Registration from a stolen credit card

The transactions via credit card are executed through the web page of Eurobank which allocates the most modern certificates of transactions safety. Ready 2 Print does not store the elements of your credit card at the order proccess neither these are asked at the registration proccess. In case of an order with a stolen credit card our company is not responsible for the debit of your credit card.

11. VAT

All prices include 23% VAT. Vat is adapted to 16%, for areas with reduced vat regulations, at the check out stage, when the shipment address is chosen.
